Donald provides Massage Therapy treatments with comfortable controlled deep pressure incorporating stretches when required. He has completed a 2200 hour massage therapy course. He is now upgrading to 3000 hours for his advanced diplomacy. His customized treatment plans are formulated for each individual. Postural issues, overuse injuries, lower back pain, sports massage, and stress relief, are some of the issues Donald can address. Treatments are executed incorporating various approaches gathered over his years of experience, training with mentors, and extensive continuing education. Through assessment, treatment, and remedial exercise suggestions; ongoing care is assured.
