FROSTBITE
One of my close friend got frostbite after the 60cm snow storm in 2022, I couldn't go visit him at beginning because of the bad trafic, when I went his place, saw his finger was double bigger than normal and hand swollen ,he was in too much pain: bent his back holding his arm in front of his chest, his face shew he was in very very pain, i massaged two area whitch related frostbite area right away, as soon as i finished massage, i could see his pain relieved, I felt that he was in a very dangerous situations, I told him:" Roy, you come with me, come to my home, your finger is purple colour, is dying, go with me, let me massage you as more as possible, " I drove him to my home, I massaged him one time before i go to work, i massage him second time when i finished work back home, he walked to spa i massaged him again, massage as more times as possible, let his body work fast. he took antibiotics and pain killers, while I was massaging him, he felt less pain, so I let him stop taking pain killers, under my care, his situations were improving very very fast, he told me that he didn't have bowel movement for few days ,Because taking antibiotics made him lose appetite, i massaged more the point about his stomach, finally he told me that he had a black bowel movement, he was so scared ,didn't know what happened, he said that he never had black bowel movement like that in his life, I told him that it was a good news, because he explored in the extreme cold weather, we can see the outside injuries, but we can't see the injuries inside his body, the black bowel movement shew the injuries inside his body moved out, I was trying to do my job giving him as more massage as I could and was keeping his hand warmer wrapping a warm red bean bag, we could see that it was recovering very vety fast... then he started complaining said that Google said can't massage the frost bite, refused massage, I told him that I didn't massage the bite area, I massage the switches that control the bite area, let his body circulation work ...but he is stubborn, I told him:" if you don't want me massage you, you can go home, your finger is safe now", I still keep the messages we text before. When he back his home he told me it was very cold there , he came back , I continue masssge him as more as I can.
On one Tuesday, He went see the frostbite specialist by appointment, the specialist was very surprised! Said don't know what he do, he recovered so good, very very good, he call me said that maybe it is because my massage help, I said :" 100% ",he trust doctor's adjustment and he listened to the doctor's words before he affirmed my work.
This is the first time that I deal with the frostbite case in my career, I am very happy that I made the right decision drove him to my home.
when he help me do my patio, I told him:" Roy, if you lose the finger, when you help me doing things , how my feeling would be? I will feel guilty in my life, not because my fault, I will feel guilty because my carelessness "
We become very very close friends, he will never ever stab behind me like someone else !
