Acupressure:- Acupressure points are vital life or energy points among the body, mind, and emotions. Light accupressure point massage awakens the body’s inner healing system, manipulates subtle energy or prana, relieves stiff muscles, and boosts circulation. Nadi preekha:- Naadi pareeksha is the technique of diagnosis through pulse examination. It is the science that helps to reach the root cause of disease. The pulse when examined helps to reveal the physical and mental characteristics of the person. Ayurvedic consultation:- During your consultation you will be educated on the principles of Ayurveda, as they apply to your specific condition and needs. We will check -a detailed account of your health history, -present imbalances or health concerns, -an assessment of your mind/body . We also give herbal medicines, if needed.
