Spiritual and emotional healing : This type of healing involves helping patient find emotional blockages in the body. The session starts with the patient lying comfortably on a mat on the ground. Warm oil and essential oils are used to commence season. The body holds memories, tension and energy. The objective is to unblock this energy, get back in the flow and release toxins. Massage strokes can be soft and elongated, deep tissue style, or short and precise depending on the body's need. The healing massage brings up memories stored in the body, or emotions. The client is welcome to talk about them so they can be released. Clients with previous spiritual healing experience are welcome, or those who have had traditional therapy for emotional healing.
