We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. (experience preferred) PASS THE INTERVIEW AND WORK IMMEDIATELY Applicants are expected to have: * Greet and attend to the clients in person and over the phone * Professionally assist Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, staff, and clients. * Answer all phone calls in a professional manner to schedule, reschedule our clients' appointments. * Familiar with the usage of POS machine. * Good at computer skills like Word, Excel, and Printer using. * Effectively take care of cleaning, folding, and organizing linens. * Responsible, quick learning, positive attitude, and good at time management. * Prefer to having a long-term plan for this position.

Responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, file management, accepting payments, submitting insurance claims, explaining insurance coverage to patients, sanitizing/disinfecting high traffic surfaces

Personal Suitability/Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, team player, reliable, high level of energy, self-motivated, confident, follows instructions, comfortable using computers

This full time position will likely require you to be available 30 hours per week. Hours will vary from Monday to Friday. If you are interested in joining our clinic, please send your resume
