1. if you have pain somewhere I mix with trigger point massage. Powerful deep tissue massage. More work with knees, elbows
2. massage for prevention. soft, no pressure. I can do with oil or without but the clients are always in their underwear and I cover them with a towel.

During weekdays I work at home, downtown (metro peel) area from 9 am till 9 pm. I work every day
