To those interested in improving their quality of life, My name is Stefanos Mangos, an alumni from Sutherland-Chan School of massage therapy where I was offered an amazing education to ensure I can be the best massage therapist I can be and to deliver each treatment with precision and care. My treatments range from a simple relaxation massage, to dealing with injuries (past or present), and I am well attuned to deal with any diagnosis present (high blood pressure, MS, stroke, etc.) and base my treatments accordingly to make it safe and positive experience. Along with massage therapy I am also a personal trainer/ coach. My knowledge has been acquired through hours of research, listening to podcasts, self practice, teaching clients, along with my refined education of the human body from school I can ensure a program will be made best suited for your goals.
