With our busy and stressful life, we tend to forget to take care of our body and this leads to having very tense muscles due to stress and repetitive tasks we do at work and when it does, it decreases blood circulation which make our muscles weak and causes pain. *Massage helps decreases Cortisol, a hormone that our Brain releases in response to Stress!! If you have more Cortisol due to stressful life, it inhibits the production of Serotonin (chemical in the brain that MAKES YOU HAPPY) which makes you feel more stressed! *Massage can help with PAIN! The theory behind why we tend to rub it everytime we hurt ourselves (like when we hit our head to the floor, hit our foot to a chair) also applies to Massage Therapy! Hi, My name is Dale! I just finished my first year (gained 1250hrs from finishing it) of my 3000hr massage therapy course and learned a lot about this profession and become so passionate about it. I enjoyed learning about the theory of massage and how it helps with the well-being of everyone including with those with some pathological issues (may have consideration depends on what the condition is) I am already insured and will be registered very soon (maybe tommorow or the day after). I am doing my 500 practicum hours and will have to gain it by Massaging the public. I can do: Swedish/Relaxation Deep Tissue Trigger Point therapy Therapeutic (not with advanced techniques yet) *Can only do cash for now and will be charging $40 an hour I am looking forward to help you to relax and help you with the Stress this uncertain and stressful world we are all in with the knowledge and skills that i have gained and ofc with the experience i will learn along the way.
