**Massage can help with PAIN! The theory behind why we tend to rub it every time we hurt ourselves (like when we hit our head to the floor or wall, hit our foot to a chair) also applies to Massage Therapy!!
*Hi, My name is Dale! I just gained my 1250hour Mark of my 3000hr Massage Therapy Course and learned a lot about what really is this Profession and became so passionate about it. I enjoyed learning about the theory of massage and how it could help with the well-being of everyone including with those who have some pathological conditions. (MAY HAVE TO CONSIDER DEPENDS ON WHAT THE CONDITION IS) I can do: *Swedish/Relaxation - does not only gives you a relaxation but actually promotes physiological process in the body *Deep Tissue - More Deeper strokes for Muscle tensions *Trigger Point therapy - More specific work to release knots/taut bands (this causes pain in the muscle usually by repetitive task and toxins) *Therapeutic (not with advanced techniques yet)
