Massage for general wellness or well-being helping you to relax, unwind and drift away from the daily stresses of life taking time out from your busy lifestyle. 2.Therapeutic massage. Therapeutic massage is something between a relaxation massage and a deep massage. This massage helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem — such as a frozen shoulder. People tend to assume therapeutic massage means deep tissue massage, and that they will get a very strong massage. But this is not always the case. 3. Strong/Medium Pressure Deep Tissue Massage. Those with chronic muscle pain and tightness may benefit from deep tissue massage therapy as it targets the deepest layers of the muscles and connective tissues to relieve tension.

Basically, I work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 8pm. From 7pm to 8 pm last chance ))).
