I also teach some of the modalities that I am certified in. What is Relaxation massage?his wonderful modality is a series of smooth gentle flowing techniques that promotes relaxation It also helps to reduce stress and relieve muscle tension. It will help with circulation and promote wellness.It is not a deep massage and usually will only use long sweeping techniques using oil to help glide better. Great for persons that are also having difficulty sleeping. I am open Monday to Thursday 9AM to 7Pm, Friday until 5PM, Saturday from 10AM to 2Pm and Sunday closed.
