The rate is $300. I accept cash or e-transfer. Insurance receipts & direct billing available if needed. Proof of being fully vaccinated is required. I’m only comfortable serving clients that are also willing to continue wearing a mask despite being fully vaccinated. The pandemic is not over & we must protect ourselves against variants.
