Answer all of the points here! 4) Are you ok that I work here part-time? 5)I have a lifestyle/application and with easy exit clauses if we change our minds.. Is that ok with you? 7) Weekly cleaning of the house is shared and part of this 650.00 deal. The home is quite large and it is kept clean ( YES IT IS CLEAN SINCE I ALSO WORK HERE) quiet, safe, non-religious, non gender issues and bug-free! You can be spiritual and open-minded, have your glass of wine but i don't have time to take offence on your beliefs and vice versa.
$650.00 is all inclusive ( FURNITURE, WIFI, HYDRO, cleaning SUPPLIES) with your share of cleaning and at least a 6 month duration.
DESCRIPTION: mid-sized room. white walls, wooden floors, bed base, new Mattress, table, fridge, fan, 2 closets, 13 by 22 ft.
LOCATION: Steps to bus stop. 15 min from Lawrence west and Keele subway . Very close to highways and beautiful Humber river and trails and Weston Train station.
ROOMMATE: I am seeking a nice WORKING AND OR STUDENT person preferably good attitude, clean, flexible, sort of quiet & sensitive to the outside world.
SHARING: The washroom and the kitchen is shared and CLEAN, we are only 2 people here right? However sorry it is not for the heavy bakers and cooks nor partiers.
Additional: First and last required. And references. Since I work here part-time, we can discuss what works for me and you and see how we are compatible. If you work day time or regular day time hours it is quite easy to share a home since most of the time I work when you are not home. I prefer 6 months at least or the prices can change.
