Blessings! Im currently offering Relaxation Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy within the community of Sage Meadows NW. I also provide Tuina, Thai massage, assisted stretching, carry cupping and other tools for additional range of motion and deeper work on the body especially for those with muscular skeletal conditions.
Besides deep soft tissue and myofascial work, cupping can be used for conditions such as insomnia, constipation, allergies, menses cramps, anxiety, stress and many more. Tuina can be used for gentle spinal alignment, joint articulation, and meridian path opening. My massage approach is very direct and focused but can end up holistic if need be.
