Hey Guys, I got a few questions this week if I will still be working and offering massages in light of the COVID-19. I WILL be working unless otherwise told not to by our massage therapy organization(s).As a self employed person running a business is hard, but even more so during this current climate. I wanted to reassure my clients new and old that with regular sanitation practices (that I have always done): hand washing, mopping floor,fresh clean sheets, sanitized table and any surfaces which have come in contact during your visit. As I work from home I don’t have the kind of foot traffic that larger clinics have and have clients I know and trust who I know will not endanger me or others by coming if they suspect they may be infected or come in contact. I will be asking more health and travel questions ie: have you traveled outside the province in the last 2 weeks, fever, cough, shortness of breath, asking clients to wash hands before treatment etc. I want everyone to feel just as comfortable and relaxed as they always have, during this time massage and stress relief will be even more important to self care. I want to thank all my loyal clients for checking in with me and providing me with their business. So book in and have a stress free treatment ( we could all use it at this point!)
