Blessings! Im currently offering Relaxation Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy as Tuina Massage within the community of Sage Meadows NW. I also carry cupping and other tools for additional range of motion and deeper work on the body especially for those with muscular skeletal conditions.
Tuina massage includes passive joint articulation to realign the body and cupping can be used for various conditions such as seasonal allergies, constipation, insomnia and many others outside myofacial and muscular skeletal (frozen shoulder and tennis elbow!) conditions. My approach to massage is very direct as i listen to your body, yet can end up quite holistic if its needed be. Looking forward to working on you!
