You can always ask me to adjust. Q: Is cupping painful? A: No. Q: How long do cupping marks last? A: A few days to over a week depending on how dark the marks are. Q: What do cupping marks represent? A: The degree of blood stagnation & toxin accumulation. Q: Do cupping marks feel like bruises? A: No they're pain free. Q: Can I receive cupping if the previous marks are still visible? A: No. Wait until they're completely gone. Q: Can I receive massage if the previous cupping marks are still visible? A: Yes.
