He starts out showing an expert talking about Bleach and Isopropyl alcohol on hard surfaces if people coughed up mucous and spit and how fast the Coronavirus dies. This sets up Trump just winging it and say it would be good if we can get that on the inside to the lungs through injection. When a reporter then challenges Trump in the Q&A that might be dangerous advice, thin skinned Trump didn’t clarify, instead he says “I’m the President and you are fake news”.

He did say it. Then later people were getting sick and killing themselves with bleach, but not from the virus. Then he had to say that he was just joking around. The problem is, he has followers, not unlike "JimmyDummy", that are just as retarded as he is and want to do whatever he says.
