This rating stuff is only going to drive good girls away.

+++ rating is advertised and every guy goes into the session thinking that this is what they are getting. It's totally unfair to the lady to have to offer that to all clients.

If Cecelia doesn't want to remove her underwear she shouldn't. When it's advertised that others are, and she loses clients, she will feel that she has to do the same. How will this affect her? Probably not positively which will likely lead to her being unhappy and leaving?

This is a terrible industry for these ladies. Ratings and expectations make things worse.

These simps that brag about what they got are pumping their egos and hurting the ladies.

I will say this, I do know one lady that told me personally, that she didn't like the pressure to 'perform'.

To play devil's advocate again. This is less a situation of boss asking employees. It's more like if I ask a gardener contractor to cut a tree, for more money, would he feel pressured?

As the saying goes. It's all business. And it's not small business. Go to PMall or some smaller Chinese malls if you want to see small business. Some literally each transaction is less than $10 less than $20. I walk by and think, they wouldn't be making much if they're swamped with customers, but they're not, even with the low price.

These girls are charging good amount per hour with a high-margin service business. And they don't need to file and pay taxes if they don't want to. It's all business, if they don't like the spa, they can leave, some other girl will happily take that money.

As someone else mentioned, if we talk about pressure. Instead of pressure from boss, more likely it's pressure from money going into the pockets of other girls.

This isnt about cutting down trees. It's about providing an intimate service

Theyre doing something that they likely would rather not do. They went into this busineas knowing that they massage men and give HE at the end. They learn that nudity and other services will give them more money.

Some are fine with just massage and HE. While others may do more.

Brad Pitt comes she says WTF. They do nude with touching, Hes a gentleman and she gets some additional money.

Sehrek comes in smells like shit, 3 black teeth in his mouth......

Some girls may be about the money. Most I would surmise, would prefer that they be in control.of who they offer what to.

It's best for the girls to not have a rating and best for the men not to pump their egos and broadcast.

Bottom line is, while the majority are complaining the select few high functioning are doing what the others won't do.

This same philosophy is now in the massage industry. Everyone feels that they are entitled to what others get.
Maybe MR Milege has game, he's got class, he's charming, he's clean, he smells good, he's good looking, he's fit, he tips well!

Mr Nomilege figures that he deserves the same when he doesn't have the same attributes.

Unfortunately, the majority won't agree with me because that's how the 80/20 rule works.

Understandably, the spas want to make as much money as possible so they would like to find a way for as many customers as possible to come to their spa and be returning clients. Hence, the service expectation for ALL clients.

Again, broken record, but i feel sorry for these poor girls that work for spas that expect them to offer the same service for all clients.

Anyway it is what it is I guess.
