Based on the guy's semi-illiteracy and his talk about hard-earned money, and the fact he never commented before, I think it is a combination of misunderstanding and bad conscience. Some of these guys go to holistic places, don't know about semi-legit services, then pissed off when they expect FS or such, and think they have right to progress. The fact that the girl freaked out doesn't sound like it was a case of hype not being met, or a shill's setting high expectations. Some guys are inarticulate, and grabby and attempt to proceed through applying force. This happens, and I have it on authority from several well-known ladies that they have to deal with this at times. For a newby, it can be traumatic, especially after only a little bit of experience they may not be prepared or able to quickly diagnose or deal with a situation going wrong. If it was bad for the guy, I have to believe it was worse for the girl. Anyhow, my two-cents, and you can dismiss it as the opinion of a promoter/insider, but I think based on experience that it was this sort of scenario that played out here.

I keep hearing stories of some ladies getting screwed over for tips.
I heard one popular lady years ago told me the guy tipped her $20 for an hour.
Recently I heard of a lady massaging another lady at that for two hours and the bitch gave her $10 tip.
Attendants deserve to be paid fairly just like anyone else be it your furnace guy or mechanic. This bullshit where MPAs work hard and people take advantage of the trust that they'll be paid fairly only to get fucked over needs to stop.

If you have a one hour massage in a semi you pay min $60 room fee and $80 min tip. That would be topless. It goes up from there depending on what is agreed upon upfront. Anything under that is ridiculous.

If I go to a spa for a back massage and I want some sex at the end, I pay the room fee + whatever the girl asks for whatever act from the menu given (the price depends on the sex act), this is just an example, $60 room fee + $80 body slide = $140 total, paid up front before any massage and any sex starts, because there are certain people that shamelessly have ripped off girls in the past.

Can't speak for places like Seduction. Not in my hobby world.
But my guess is if you're within a range if services they're not going to complain or give shitty service.
But I can see if a guy walks in to a place like that expecting Legit services having a very shitty service and attitude from the girl. In fact most FS places the massage is practically non-existent or a quick sweep and down to business.
I think Sentosa is pretty well described by DD but I would say a lot can be said without saying anything. YMMV is usually good enough for me to know what's on the menu. And certainly exaggeration is expected to a slight degree from Promoters.
