Is it just me or is the current pricing jumping up quite a bit. I know everything is also going up drastically. I was quoted for what I believe is a legit massage from Monika for $130/hr. Josie is asking $200 for a release. It wasn’t too long ago the base was $80 (sometimes $60 cash).

Yep, prices have been creeping up, I noticed a lot of legit places charge 100-120 for an hour massage now.
Thankfully there's still quite a few semi legit places that are 80/hr +60 tip, which has been the standard for quite a while now.

I used to frequent the asian micro's a lot when they were 220 per hour which was a great deal, but now most of them are 280-320 an hour.

I realized if I ever want to retire I need to cut back on how much I spend on this haha

You not alone. Nothing is safe from inflation/greed? Late last year when I did a few walk-ins, found out pretty quick that I was getting priced out of the market.
All the places I popped into had consistent prices although it was high (240), it was consistent. Of course the ladies can charge whatever the market will bear. That's their right. But a person has to think, who is going?
When I did my walk-ins to the various parlors, only one place seemed busy. The rest? not so much.

My strategy for home based or micro is to a price in mind, I don’t usually discuss the price over text especially if it’s in the ad, when I get there, I negotiate for my price, respectfully and with a smile, if they dont want to do the price or at least close, I leave.

Exactly what I do. I usually play dumb and just tell them what I have with me in cash. But you can't be crazy low about it, maybe $20 or $40 off what they really want. By that time you are naked and they are committed like pig at breakfast, so will do it for $20 or $40 off.

I have to say that good MPAs are creeping into the SP territory as you can still get reasonable quality SPs in dwontown core for $300 an hour. If I am dropping $250 at a hole in the wall or line up with other dudes in the hallway, I might as well book a SP for $300 and get the condo treatment and private baths. Most SP also test regularly so there is another plus.

If it’s cheaper to visit an escort that get a massage, let’s face it! The SPs are going to get busy. I suspect though some clients have no clue about negotiating.

There are pluses and minuses. With SP you need to plan and also give out your number. With MP you just walk in but then you might not get the girl you want or worse have to wait. The extra you pay for a SP is in all aspect of the experience, facilities like real bed and nice bathroom, discreetness (i.e. don't see the dudes before and after you), generally a little higher quality girls and as aforementioned probably a little more testing than your average MPA. Last but not least like 3003 says you get to speak English and be understood.

If you add $10 per enhanced experience (room/girl/testing etc). you are basically at $300 since all the decent DT MPAs are asking for over $200+ (room fee + tips) for FS. The problem is also they get white collar and also tourists who will drop big bucks.

The only smart ones are the ladies that do pre flip tease. I've walked away few times if its been a OK massage and the extras are over priced. But anytime I gotten a preflip with out asking i always succumbed to what ever they wanted to charge

I think I am fair hour long massage depending on the service room fee plus $60/$80/$100/$120/$140 at $80 BS at $120-$140 we don’t talk about

Just thought I would also chirp in, met a new-to-me young lady, reviewed here already, was as good as the review said she was. I am new-to-her and her ask was $240 all-in for one hour bodyslide. I was not in a negotiation mood but she was worth it. Just throwing it out there that the asks are going up. I also recently voluntarily upped my hourly BS rate from $200 to $220 for my regulars.

BTW, the Big 3 FS micros have already upped their rates to the $320+ range for the hour for anyone sub30. The older ladies can still be found <$300.
