mblex exam

I have a question, do most massage therapy school graduates pass the MBLEx certification exam in the U.S. on the first try? Seems most students really struggle and really waste a lot of time and money by not being able to pass. I think graduates should better prepare by possibly taking the MBLEx...

what are the majority of the questions based on? ive been studying my muscles alot but im not sure what else i should study! so any help would be great!
