I recently booked a massage session at Best.U Spa, based on a recommendation from Faded007. I specifically booked with a masseur named Chloe for my session, as it was my first visit, and I had heard good things about her.

Upon arrival, due to my poor eyesight, I couldn’t easily identify the masseurs based on their photos. It wasn’t until halfway through the session that I realized I wasn’t being massaged by Chloe, but by someone else named Yoyo. When I inquired about Chloe’s whereabouts, Yoyo confirmed that Chloe wasn’t even working today.

I’m disappointed by this bait-and-switch tactic. If Chloe wasn’t available, I should have been informed beforehand, rather than being misled into thinking I was receiving the service I booked. This experience has left a bad impression, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Transparency and honesty are key when it comes to customer service, and unfortunately, Best.U Spa failed in this regard.

Here is my review of Bella - I gove Lola@Superior the grand prize for best RMT level massage. Lola is 10/10. But its a real hard massage, not sensual.
