OGDEN, Utah (ABC4 Utah)- A man claiming to be a massage therapist is facing several charges after police say he sexually assaulted a number of women.
Ogden police say they first received a complaint on July 19th. A 47-year-old woman claimed she had been sexually assaulted during a massage at the Better Massage Parlor.
A total of five victims eventually came forward from July 19th to August 7th. The victims, ages 47, 23, 39, 30, and 47 again all claim they were touched illegally on their genitals, breasts and buttocks during a massage.
Some of the victims claimed the suspect watched them undress before their massage.
Police arrested the suspect, Hongwei Allen Yang, 46. He is facing 12 total charges including:
· Sexual Battery MA (5 counts)
· Unlawful Conduct of a Massage Therapist MA (5 counts)
· Voyeurism MB (2 counts)
Yang was reportedly not licensed or certified as a masseuse in Utah.
