10 minute treatment for taster sessions

does anyone have a 10 minute routine for a 10 minute taster session for indian head massage??
am doing a show tomorrow and could do with some tips.
any help would be great.

I've got something similar at the end of the week. I think I'm going to do 5 minutes on back and shoulders, and 5 minutes on scalp, then a quick chakra balance.

I did some taster IHM's last week, the session was for 15 mins, which is the minimum I like to do. I start of with breathing exercise, then work on shoulders for about 5 minutes and then a little bit on the neck (2mins) 5 mins on head, leaving me 3 minutes to do some pressure points on face and finish with breathing exercise.

I gave 15 minute tasters at the local Uni a couple weeks ago and spent about 5 minutes on the shoulders/neck and the rest on the head, finishing with a quick chakra balance. They went down very well and everyone enjoyed them. I just chose the best bits from my normal routine. Good luck with the show.
