The back of the salon needs a tenant and it has been setup like that for many years under 3 different operators before. The results are not favorable because of poor quality massage, noisy and busy salon in front where you walk past first before going to massage, inconsistent appointment bookings, not a conducive environment for relaxation and tranquility, and of course draped with no happiness. Those factors killed the businesses. If you do not offer happiness, no problem it's their choice. But the massage better be good quality to warrant repeat business just on that merit alone. Look at Lewis Massage. They can survive because their massage is actually good quality, even though it's in a busy, greasy hair salon where one must March all the way to the back of the store, past many eyes.
