have you stayed in karon before. i was thinking about renting an apartment in karon for a long term, prefer close to the beach. how are the priced versus patong?

I have stayed there last time!

Now close to the beach, is not so obvious!

Many family-hotels there!

I stay in a bungalow/house! The owner rents me a motorbike for 100 bath a day, and I payed 7.000 bath for 2 weeks and a half.

i love the beach in Kata, only 10 minutes away, and for the evening, Patong 15 minutes away!

i don't drink so much when I drive, I have always drinks in frig at the house!

you will be better off finding accomodation and keeping it for while you are in phi phi,its peak season then so gonna be getting busy.and not worth the agro of leaving a hotel only to return 2 days later.
