Hi all,
I am writing up a new case study at the moment and would like a few opinion regarding this one. His 2 feet are almost like feet from two different people. Briefly he is 39yr old male. Stressful job, healthy, balanced diet. Ploycystic Kidney Disorder, fatigued easily, drinks approx 1.5l water perday.
right foot: extremely dry all over. Skin on bladder reflex area peeling, nails white vertical ridges and disfigured. He also has areas of red/brown dots I persume to be a fungal infection. Thyroid/parathyroid area hard and shiny.
this entire foot is unhealthy in appearance. The left foot is practically perfect. No blemishes, good codition nails, well nourished skin etc. Why is one foot so bad? What does this indicated? I have suggested he increases his water in take and essential fatty acids for the dryness. Is this connected to the PKD? How do I make this connection? Any suggestion are gratefully accepted as I am new to this.
