I saw this place listed on romeos purple pages. When I got there I asked the lady if it was full body, she said yes. When I got in the room I told her I liked to have my bum massaged & would she do it? She said yes. About 5 minutes into the massage(she put a sheet over my bum when she started the massage) I asked her to do my bum. She said "in one minute". 5 minutes after that I asked again, again she said "in one minute". 5 minutes after that I asked her point blank, are you going to massage my bum. She said "no".

I asked her why did she say she would? She said she doesn't do that. Again I asked, why did you tell me yes? No answer, so I got up & got dressed. When I went to leave she blocked the door & said "you pay". I said "for what"? You lied to me, had you answered me honestly I would have gone somewhere else, but you lied so that I would stay. She said "you pay". I aksed her do you understand the word lie? She said yes. I said, I understand that you come from a country where things might work differently than in Canada, but here the best way to get & keep customers is by telling the truth. She said "you pay". I said, pay you to lie to me? She said "yes". Anyway after me offering to call the police etc etc. she let me go and called me "stupid" as I left. Whatever.

If this is the place just east of Jane beside/above a hair salon (not exactly sure - didn't end up there) - I can understand what you went through. I went past the place once and called the phone number to ask what they charged for a massage and the woman on the phone just yelled at me and asked point blank - "What do you want?? Where did you get this number from??"

The exchange then went as follows:

me - "from the sign in front of your place"

her - 'who are you? and why do you want to know?'

me - "cause I wanted a massage??!"

her - 'well where did you get the number from? and why are you calling?'

me - "like I said, from the sign in front of your place on bloor"

her - 'why are you calling?'

me - 'not sure anymore' .....

I then hung up the phone and gave my head a shake. Interesting.....to say the least.

While I'm glad that I stood up for myself, I do not feel like some sort of crusader for the cause. The whole experience was a downer, actually. Now stop being such a Potsie.
