Why not? MPs go to some trouble and expense to acquire legal places of business, with signs and such. What they want us to be discreet about is any suggestion that once you're there, services beyond the norm are yours for the asking.

Incalls are the opposite: There extreme services are the norm, so they want their addresses circulated only amongst vetted customers.

Did you not click the link in eldoguy's post #4? She advertises her clinic and its address. Legal services—and that's all that MPs purport to sell—can sometimes be offered from residential addresses. Doctors, for instance can see patients, have them disrobe and perform treatments in ordinary looking houses; some doctors even live in the same house they practise in. It's a matter of municipal zoning. That level of law enforcement doesn't involve cops and is way too techical and trivial both for us to consider here.

The whole point of difference in the operation of MPs vs. Incalls is that the MPs are trying to be legitimate. Or at least appear so. If they are not, and want their addresses secret, that is their lookout, not ours.

It's clear sr16's got at least one loose screw, but not that one.
