HIGHLAND PARK — Four people have been arrested and charged with prostitution at a borough massage parlor, according to a statement from the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.
Sook Hee Park, 48, Sun Hui Nam, 48, and Eun Sil Jan, 53, all of Flushing, Queens; and Hezhong Chen, 55, of Sayreville, were arrested last week during an investigation into the S Massage Spa LLC, on Raritan Avenue, police said.
The investigation was "part of a continuing statewide effort to combat human trafficking," officials said in the statement. The probe was initiated following an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers of Middlesex County Inc.
Park was charged with promoting prostitution, engaging in prostitution and money laundering. Nam was also charged with promoting prostitution and money laundering.
Jang was charged with engaging in prostitution, and Chen was charged with promoting prostitution.
The investigation remains ongoing, officials said.
