Well these are all the symptoms of kennel cough. If it is that, then there is no cure anyway as it is viral. Vets do sometimes give antibiotics but it is not for the kennel cough but for the secondaries that it can sometimes bring, the worst being pneumonia. This is rare though and most dogs get better on their own. If it is this then it is highly contagious and you should keep the dog in.
You can however, give human benelyn (childrens) and most definitely manuka honey.
If it isn't kennel cough then be heart / lungworm or trachea problems.
Most likely scenario is kennel cough but this is obviously not a diagnosis.
