If it's the place just a few doors south of Bloor, beside the old Uptown theatre, I've been there. It's one of those places where you get treated like crap unless you're goin' nuts with the extras.

I think I recognized one of the MPs from the old Penthouse Spa (another cha-ching establishment), but I'm not sure.

There are better places down the street (quite a few on Yonge, actually).

I believe EI in this context means she hails from India. EI = East Indian, as opposed to someone from the West Indies. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
