I'm pretty sure the punchline is that the Jewish boy recognized that he was surrounded by Christians so of course he said Jesus Christ, but the Jews don't believe Jesus was their messiah which is apparently funny because a Jewish boy said he was the greatest man to ever live.

Plus, the whole Jews killed Jesus thing.
