Hi all
Hope those who had the op similiar time to me are doing well and my update will give hope to others living in agony.
Now 3 months since my op and life is fantastic.
I am back riding my horses, working as normal on farm and I wear a back support for riding and heavier duties which makes amazing difference to strength in back. A month ago was suffering slight cramps in the calf muscle of the effected leg and dr referred me back to physio. Exercises physio gave me really helped and working on strengthening core muscles now.
Started getting fit again on cross trainer as running would put too much strain on op area at moment.
I would say I am 90% back to normal. I lost a year of my life to this problem but it feels wonderful to have it back!
