A massage parlor conundrum

There have been a number of threads posted here about some massage parlors concerning their policy on allowing the girls to free lance with customers on their off time.

This brings to mind an interesting hypothetical situation.

Joe CRT visits massage parlor #1 and has a very satisfying experience with "A". They hit if off very well and Joe becomes a repeat customer. Parlor #1 does not prohibit the girls from seeing customers off premise.

On subsequent trips Joe and "A" become very close and Joe no longer goes to MP #1. "A" visits Joe at his hotel every night while he is in town and is very generous with colones but never sends her money when he is back home.

"A" being a very attractive chica and very skilled in her trade decides to leave MP #1, which is a low price mostly Tico place and go to work at MP #2 which is more upscale and caters to gringos. MP #2 has very strict policy about seeing customers off premises, get caught - get fired.

Joe never sets foot in MP #2 since he sees "A" at his hotel room when in town.

MP #2 finds out "A" is seeing Joe and wants to fire her. "A" says wait just a minute Joe is not a customer so I have broken no rule. MP #2 manager says but if you were not seeing him when he is in town and when you are off work he would become a customer so you are still costing me money.

Does she get fired?

Is this really just a hypothetical?

Here's another hypothetical. Suppose Joe CRT actually IS an existing client of MP#2. If he and "A" weren't introduced by MP#2 and were seeing each other before she even worked there, what right does MP#2 to tell them to stop?

Or try this one. Suppose Joe CRT wasn't a MP#2 client before "A" started working there but started coming in afterwards. Wouldn't she be entitled to some sort of special commission on top of her regular session pay for any session Joe had with her or sessions he had with any of the other girls?

But let's look at this particular scenario. How can the mgmt of MP#2 say Joe CRT would definitely become a customer if he couldn't see "A" outside of work? Even if he did, how can MP#2 characterize that as costing him money? Joe is not being accused of seeing anyone else outside of ZB, so if he came in and had any sessions with anyone else besides "A" that would be gravy. If Joe came in to see "A" that would also be gravy since it would be business they weren't getting before. And if they fired "A" over this and he continued to see "A", that would be business MP#2 wouldn't have been getting anyway only then they would be losing whatever other business "A" was bringing in. Finally, the rule was "A" couldn't see clients outside of work. It was never stated that she couldn't see non-clients or she had to somehow sign over all her pre-existing clients over to ZB on some sort of exclusive basis whether they were ZB customers or not. Sounds like MP#2 is changing the rules as they go along or at least embellishing them.

Seems to me that MP#2 mgmt has a problem. Can they really expect that none of their girls will never freelance with gringo clients regardless of how they met? If so how would they ever police that? If its just a matter of when they get wind of something happening outside their place of business, how far can they go in demanding the girl either incriminate herself or prove herself innocent? Wouldn't the burden of proof be upon the accuser?

Ultimately, MP#2 can do whatever they want. They make the rules. They can fire the girl if they want. Or they could ban Joe CRT, if they ever figure out who he is and he decides to give ZB a try. They can even make up rules as they go along. But the flipside is that some girls may refuse to work under those conditions, they may lose customers along with the girls if they fire them and if they were to ban any customers they might lose as much or more business that customer did with various girls at ZB as any he did with a particular girl outside the club.

The answer is Chica E.

Chica A is heading in a northwesterly direction so she's probably actually going back to Zona Blue to work before Eddie figures out she's been moonlighting at the BM

Chica B is not that bright in the first place since she went to the KL during the day when it is closed/dead. Since she is also heading northwest towards the Amon Plaza instead of the SL, she probably got the hotels mixed up (the SL is NE of the BM & KL)

Chica C is so rattled by her encounter with Circus that the orgy appointment completely slips her mind. She sees one of her many "sisters" as she walks by the entrance to the BM and decides to stop in so she can chat with her, compare notes and make fun of the gringos there in spanish. One of the several guys who was sending her money so she wouldn't have to work there walks in. At first she tries to hide but then she sees he's with another chica and all hell breaks loose. She ends up stabbing him with a pen. Long story short she never makes it to the SL

Chica D heads south after she gets off the bus to hit the BM first because there are more newbies there willing to pay CIEN/HORA (BTW, the heredia bus lets out near the Parque Merced). Her appointment with Ruff was for 2PM so she figures she has plenty of tica time to squeeze in another date.
