For the second time in less than a year, a massage therapist has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a session.
Maurice L. Williams, 31, of Milwaukee was charged April 16 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with fourth-degree sexual assault. If convicted, he could face up to nine months in prison.
According to a criminal complaint, a woman reported that during a Feb. 18 massage, Williams touched her genitals inappropriately while he was working at Hand and Stone Massage Spa in Menomonee Falls.
The woman said she froze and did not say anything because she was stunned.

According to the complaint, Menomonee Falls police ran a records check on Williams soon after and found that he was also the subject of a previous incident in West Allis last August. At that time, a woman receiving a massage reported a similar incident.
Williams is scheduled to make his initial court appearance May 6.
