A & P course - 3 muscles of back?

Hi everyone, I would just like your general option. I am doing an A & P course and the question that I am stuck on is "Name 3 muscles of the back".

I was going to use Trapezius and Latissimus Dorsi. But for the third which would you use? There is nothing much in course notes and from the research that I have done it is saying Serratus Anterior, Pectoralis Major, Erector Spinae, any help much appreciated, thanks

I would definitely put in the Rhomboids, as well as the Lattissimus Dorsia (longest in the body) and Trapezius

Hi Atlanticpearl, I'm a little worried by the over simplification of the question.
Traps, lats, rhomboids are back and shoulder muscles and the erector spinae is the name given to a specific group of back muscles.
I'm curious to know who is asking a question like this as part of an A + P curse?
Hope you didn't ignor jabba the huts advice?

Amazingly the Stonebridge Level 3 A&P is one of two quals accepted by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. And according to the Stonebridge website it is one of their most popular courses!

I was recommended an e-learn course via Brighton Holistics where at the time I was thinking of doing a hands on therapy course with them (BH). I have since done a course with BH hands on therapy. For me doing A & P at home with an exeternally credited exam is fine, but I would not do hands on therapy courses at home, those need to be learnt in person.

Home study for A & P has suited me as I have health conditions myself (and at the time I was caring part time for a partner as well, who has recently died) and it has simply meant if I haven't been well enough to study then I could study when I was able too, whereas if I had done a course at a college I could have ended up missing several classes.

You are so right about finding good quality courses that suite your learning needs. There's nothing worse than spending lots of money and finding out too late the course isn't suitable .Hope your course can deliver what you knead.
