a question for the leagaly minded vets

i've noticed that many mps are changing their names these days (eg. la rondezvous - moulan rouge) my question is this: do they have to get new licence to reflect the name change? or are the real names of these places more like 'ont #11394923949 ltd'? i want to visit one of these newly chistened places, but i don't need to fall into some LE loop hole that will harsh my whole deal out.

any thoughts would be welcomed.

Name changes should be the least of your concerns at the MP's. The only reasons as to why they may change are,

1. New ownership
2. Want a fresh start as they had problems with the old name not attracting attention.
3. New crew
4. To reflect renovations.

give a flying fu@#...these mps may have a less than sparkling reputation...and they may or may not be licensed...but the le loop hole is a little paranoid...they would have known it as the old whatever...and been looking around b4 the name change...
