Of the MP's that I use, I know Allure sends their laundry out to get done, and Platinum does it themselves. Since Platinim is often without hot water, I suppose I have more faith in the laundry that's sent out. Of the little second floor MP's I don't even want to think. Use a Kleenex in these joints, and shower at home.

I recently went in to see Cam at HFH and noticed that they got in some brand new towels. It's typical of Kayla and her establishment to cater to the customer, especially for hygenic purposes. Keep up the excellent service Kayla!!!!

the key to clean towels is that they must be washed in hot water and dried on the hot cycle for at least 20 minutes. i wouldn't attend a spa which didn't do this.

We wash our towels on the hot cycle and dry them for about an hour becase they're thick. I know this because I do my own laundry. Wouldn't have it any other way

I've just got to ask - how do you know they do this - do you spot check them to ensure they are meeting your standards? LOL

Any good cotton towel is going to take a lot longer than 20 minutes to dry, whether it is on hot or not. That doesn't even take into account the size of the load. Since no one is washing & drying just one towel, you better figure on at least an hour, possibly longer.

The best is after your massage and shower the the MPA brings you a freash hot towel right out of the dryer. A great way to cap off a good session.

chang's have professional standards. can you imagine yourself going to a spa and using dirty towels

same goes for mp, close inspection is required.

I don't like coloured towels as they are less inclined to use bleach or hot water when they wash them properly, they will not last very long this way. The towels will look old after a week.

White is my preference as they can take the most sanitation. The cleaner they are, the better they look.

If they use bleach, I hope they use the unscented kind. Jizz sometimes smell like bleach and it would be a turn off if I caught whiff of anything. Don't ask how I know what my jizz smell like I had a wierd girlfriend that kept bringing that stuff up to my nose. A clean smelling towel is important. A little bounce goes a long way.

Actually sometimes I feel like bringing my own oil, bar of soap, towel and bedsheet since I'm not used to that liquid soap. Is there an MP that rents lockers? Wash my stuff and keep it safe until I return?

Don't think to much about this. It'll drive you nuts after a while. It's starting to drive me nuts already.
