A warning about Massage Warehouse

Hi everyone. I just want to warn everyone about a problem I had recently when ordering through Massage Warehouse. Both their website and the confirmation email they sent me underquoted me for shipping. It was only about a dollar, but it did cause my records to be off for a bit.

When I spoke to their customer service representative she told me this is a regular problem and they are working on fixing it. I have had only good experinces with the Massage Warehouse website until now, but in the future I will only order from them by phone so that I will (hopefully) be quoted the correct price.

While I too get frustrated when my orders with companies don't go as smoothly as I would like, I just wanted to make note of one thing.

Massage Warehouse and Spa Warehouse were recently purchased by Scrip company (they also sponsor this message board).
I am sure with the merge came many long hours and adjustments, so I would be patient with the "new" companies for a bit.
Especially since most of the overall experiences with MW have been good ones.

I hope I didn't sound too harsh in my first post. Like I said, I have had good experiences with Massage Warehouse in the past and I intend to continue doing business with them. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up so they won't be caught off guard by this current glitch.

No, you didn't come off as harsh. Just wanted to give you a heads up on possible reasons behind the glitch.
