A Wedge
Thanks Jason for your reply.
I'm looking to prop the client's back up while supine with a wedge (all set on bolstering the knees). Something quality and supportive for the back and neck. There seems to be quite a few good choices online...looking for specific feedback on what other massage therapists are actually using, and if there is a better-made or better-feeling, quality brand, etc. Probably need to order the largest they make, but again looking for feedback from those who have working experience using them (from a giving and receiving perspective would be ideal).
I'm using my massage table for foot reflexology because the zero-gravity recliner I bought is too low, I cannot get my knees underneath. It has been causing me to keep poor body mechanics that have resulted in pain at the inferior angle of my right scaplula...due to reaching. So my table combined with my pneumatic stool seems to be the best for me, although the clients prefer to receive in the chair (and so do I). Trying to accommodate my needs and the clients. I think a wedge would make my table much more comfortable to receive foot reflexology on.
