I was recently written up in Playa Maya News, an English language newspaper on the "Mayan Riviera". So far, the article is just online but with enough people reading it, it has a chance to be published in the Jan/Feb issue on real paper!

Thank you everyone! So far the article has made the top ten most voted article and the top ten rated article! I'll post when I know if it will actually be published.Thanks again. This is a wonderful support group.SallyPS. Jen, the article refers to improper use of thumbs and elbows in deep tissue work. Trigger point is something else. The point is that many local (read "untrained") massage therapists do not know how to do deep work without digging and potentially causing problems. I'm sure your trigger point work is just fine.
