The only time i went there which was over 2 years ago they made it quite clear they did not offer the happy ending although they did offer topless and nude options which really confused me by tempting me with naked women but no release.
Dunno if things have changed after they were closed down for awhile, new management etc.

I checked it out a couple months ago in the new location.

It hasn't much changed; it's still pretty low milage at pretty premium pricing.

Oddly, the girl suggested that if I called ahead for a "late hour" timeslot, there could be 'greater privacy.'

That's odd in several ways:

1. It is suggestive of "extra extras."

2. Contradicting that, the pricing of "extra extras" would presumably increase pricing to pretty staggering levels. No, I don't think so...

3. If she was really trying to sell more extras, she surely should have been a lot more "suggestive." Such as mentioning that I would surely enjoy the privacy of a well-scheduled session, whilst licking her fingers. But she was all quite clinical.

The "clinical" part is kind of the disappointing part. They are sort of like "naughty nurses" except that they never get around to the "naughty" part. Starting clinical would be pretty cool, so long as they don't end there...

But considering that they're pretty pricey, and are pretty low milage, I won't be back again soon...
