Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me an accupunture help with migraines and headaches and pms. Also if you know how many sessions it takes before you would see a difference

Don't know about PMS, but acupuncture is certainly effective for migraine, even the NHS validates it.

You should be able to find the potent points in an acupressure book and have a go at thumb pressure
yourself whilst watiing for an apppointment. Find an acupuncturist at www.acupuncture.org.uk

When my friend had it, the pressure was put on a different place to where I would press in reflex, so I won't try to advise.

Hi Noreen,

Yes, acupuncture can help with all the symtoms you have mentionned. It is hard to say how many sessions will be needed before you see a big difference. If you had the problem for many years, it may take longer to sort it out that if it just started recently.
