I started my training in April and and just doing "practice sessions" on friends. I have done about 18 people and 3 of those have told me afterwards they have really aching legs!
I asked My tutour and she suggested that I need to ensure my clients legs are properly supported, (we use porta-peds in class) but I am using a LaFuma chair at home and becasue Its not yet a full treatment it takes around25-30mins, Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why this might be? I am confident my clients are well supported and comfortable. so I just would like to be able to perhaps give them an idea as to why they felt this way or is it just a coincidence?
