acupuncture courses at the LCTA

Hi,

I have sent some posts before regarding training as an acupuncturist but I previously asked about Reading. Basically, I was weighing up my options of being able to travel to a college daily at the LCTA as opposed to having to stay away for the weekend at the CICM...
I love the sound of reading as they offer the TCM and 5 element combined both in thery and practice but wonder if the staying away overnight away from my little girl is for me. (Maybe I am a coward...) I just wondered if anyone who has studied at these colleges could tell me the plus points of both courses and where they stayed if appropriate so I can deide with an educated knowledge.

Hi Delamare...sorry 5 cant really help you...im in the same position as I have to decide something...but mine is more of a finance problem as i dont think i could ever afford the LCTA...i went to their opening day 2 weeks ago and really liked it...I requested a brichure from reading a while ago but still havent got it but heard very good things about it...im going to the open dauy on wednesdy at the university of westminster...i hope they still have places as it is probably the most feasable out of all them...still im not looking forward to be among 19 years old people....anyway i wish you all the luck and i hope that someone that studied at one of these places is going to answer soon....
