Pictures don't do her justice, prettier in real life. She's definitely 5'10", 24 yrs old is accurate, soft tanned skin, very friendly. Your rating is pretty harsh and hardly matches your description of the experience. If the only thing that went wrong was her refusal to allow you to lick her boobs, then you really have high expectations. For $.20, you would have a hard time getting a HJ in an MP, especially if it included a massage. Even by your own admission, the extra $20 would only get you FS from a select few. There is a strong correlation between the money you pay, and the service you get in this business; not unlike anywhere else in this world.

Some women are more sensitive to any form of touch on their breasts, and that can also vary throughout the month, particularly before their menses. The range can go from little or no sensation, to extreme sensitivity. There is also the matter of familiarity with the client and how the lady feels about your style or your personal appearance to begin with. Any experienced pooner would be aware of this and back off when the lady resists touching.
