If you see one you like approach her and ask her is she speaks english. Even if she does not she may still want to be around you because you are exotic to them (it will also help if you have a decent appearance).

Another thing that helps is if you make an honest attempt to learn to speak Chinese. This will give you something in common (her wanting to speak your language and you wanting to speak hers).
