after getting a foot massage my stomach feels a lot of pain is that bad?

it all started when i helped lift a mattress and my tailbone was in a bit of pain. So i was offered a foot massage. I thought it would help so i took it. I felt a little puke come up a little bit after it was started. Then i that is when my chest and stomach began to hurt a lot i am a bit nervous and i need help please help me
 
If you go to a massage place than you will feel relaxed.
 
the two things are probably not related. just a nutty coincidence that you got the flu at the same time or heartburn (chest) and naseau from something you ate earrlier.


but i'm wondering why someone would give you a foot massage to alleviate the pain in your tailbone? and why a foot massage would make your stomach hurt?! does this happen to you all the time, like you blow your nose and your ear starts to bleed and stuff?
